The [Retail] AI Workshop, co-hosted by Yonyou Gold Partner Tetra X Yonyou Hong Kong, was successfully held yesterday! A huge thank you to all the retail industry representatives who joined and completed the hands-on sessions!
Participants experienced firsthand how AI reshapes retail operations:
Hands-on Session 1: Tested automated order processing, cross-platform data synchronization, and approval workflows—connecting “people, goods, and places” for seamless omnichannel fulfillment.
Hands-on Session 2: Leveraged everyday conversation (natural language) to drive data analysis, gaining real-time visibility into procurement, deliveries, and inventory while optimizing store and e-commerce expenses.
